Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A semi-rigid type electric probe is often used to measure the near electric field. However, it was reported that the near electric field distribution measured by semi-rigid type electric probe is not coincided with theoretical value. As the basic research for the development on the noninvasiveness near electric probe, the characteristics and invasiveness of the semi-rigid coaxial cable type electric probe is discussed. The results on electric field distribution measurement and calculation by FDTD method on the PCB with 50 Ω transmission line does not show good agreement. Electric field distributions calculated by FDTD simulation including the electric probe show good agreement with the measured results. The invasiveness to electric field distribution by the electric probe is clarified. The FDTD simulation including the semi-rigid type electric probe can be possible to analyze the actual electric field distribution.
