Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Teachers attempt to use multimedia teaching materials for science education in high school. We propose Interlude, which is a framework of 3D CG simulation materials for dynamics experiment. It uses HI input devices and VR technology. It offers demonstrations of dynamics phenomena and trial exercises of virtual experiments with various parameters. We also adopt visual deformation as edutainment method to emphasize the important points of dynamics scenes intuitively. And we apply it to outlook of game-like exercises for enjoyable learning. The purpose of our research is to promote interest and concern of dynamics for students, and to bring up their physical sence.
