Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The e-Learning revolution has entered into a new phase : standards such as SCORM are being developed for sharing e-Learning contents across different platforms and different learning management systems. However, it is important to make learners possible to use the learning systems suitable to their needs. The emerging paradigm of WEB services promises to enable partners to easily use applications via the internet. In this paper, we discuss the ideas of reorganization of e-Learning systems based on WEB services technologies and show the framework of using WEB services to loosely couple e-Learning systems. We also report the outline of our prototype system, which provides WEB services such as exchange contents, learning information and so on.
