Abstract(in English) Recently, portfolio assessment is receiving increasing attention as the ideal method of educational evaluation for teachers making authentic assessments of students. However, portfolio assessment is not carried out enough on the actual educational field. Because the relation between the classification of portfolios which should be collected and assessment-methods are not systematized. This paper systematizes the relation between the classification of portfolios which should be collected corresponding to each lesson form and assessment-methods, and describes the application of the systematization to an assessment support system.
