| Abstract(in English) | In accordance with the information-oriented policy in elementary or secondary education, the use of IT facilities is increasing in the classroom of elementary or high school. However, since particular skills are required to create and operate the multimedia contents by using PCs, multimedia tools have not been fully utilized. In this paper, a new tool is reported, which was developed to handle multimedia contents such as digital pictures easily. The followings are the major characteristics of this tool: (1) a picture editing system equipped with a high quality camera, (2) the new data management system combining compression of pictures and a bar code, and (3) a new (non-laser) pointer system. The usefulness of this tool have been verified by applying it to the course of senior high school classes. |
