Abstract(in English) Without changing the lecture form of a university, the restriction in classroom environment was eased and the necessity of complementing to the student who has received restriction of lecture information was felt. Furthermore, it also considered it to be necessity to offer support for a student with a handicap, and the distance lecture system LESS was built. In this research, the system was built on the assumption that it had barrier-free-ized by the distance lecture system for the students which, attends a lecture. In this paper, as a result of performing trial from the circumstances of systems development, a series of research reports until the institutional barrier which was not removed is problem-ized are performed.
