| 抄録(和) | 近年, 電磁波の医療分野への応用が注目されており, マイクロ波が生体に与える熱的効果を利用する研究が進められている. その一つに, 42～43℃以上になるとがん細胞の生存率が低下するという現象を利用したがんの温熱療法がある. がんの温熱療法は, 腫瘍の部位やサイズによってさまざまな加温方式に分類可能であり, 特に体腔内に存在する腫瘍には腔内加温法が有用である. 本報告では, 内視鏡と併用して腔内加温を行うため, これに適した同軸スロットアンテナを提案した. そして, 比較的手術が難しい部位とされている胆管部に存在する腫瘍の治療を想定し, 本アンテナの加温特性について実験および計算機シミュレーションの両面から検討を行った. |
| 抄録(英) | In the past few years, attention is paid to the application of electromagnetic waves to the medical field and the research on an effective use of the thermal effect of microwaves to the human organism is progressing. One example is the hyperthermia which is a treatment of the cancer cells based on the decrease of the survival ratio of tumors when heated over 42-43℃. In the hyperthermia for cancer, there are various categories of heating methods depending on the tumor location and size. Especially, the intracavitary heating is useful in the case the tumor is located in the inner cavities of the human body. In this report, a coaxial-slot antenna combined with an endoscope for intracavitary heating is proposed and its heating characteristics are investigated both experimentally and by numerical simulations in the case of a bile duct carcinoma. |
