Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The digital IC model for estimating normal-mode radiation from signal line was studied. The applicable frequency of the former model was up to 500MHz. In order to predict the normal-mode radiation generated from the electric equipments by which improvement in the speed progresses, the digital IC model which can respond to high frequency is required. Accordingly, in consideration of the impedance of IC packages, the output impedance of digital IC was calculated. It was confirmed that the calculated values of the normal-mode radiations by using this model agreed very well with the measurement results up to 1GHz.
