Fast Image Identification for Coded Images with Different Compression Ratio

Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a fast image identification scheme for lossy coded images. The proposed scheme identify two images with different compression ratio generated from one original image as identical images. This scheme utilizes necessary conditions for identification images, generated by a lossy coding technology quantizing transformed coefficients, to robust identification. Since non decoding or entropy decoding is required to obtain the characteristics for identification, the proposed scheme is fast. Moreover, no extra information is required for identification in this scheme. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
