Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We suggested a user network operation support system for end users. Because of the diversity and sophistication of terminals or switch devices to be connected to user networks, it is difficult for users who don't have the technical knowledge to operate users' networks flexibly. To address this problem, we are studying the system which enables users to operate networks in accordance with users' execution environment without the technical knowledge by using the knowledge base about the user network. The suggested system provides services by composing services which are executable in each users' environment due to the users' request. We describe the basic architecture and implementation of the operation support system in this paper.
