Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The purpose of this study is to improve the communication quality with the customer in a business transaction. We have developed a tool for supporting a conversational communication. The tool is called DT, having following functions. First a DT user creates a character data from the content of the original conversation and enters it to DT. Then a diagram consisting of nodes and edges is produced in DT for expressing the conversation content. This diagram is called DT-MAP. Each node and edge of DT-MAP corresponds to a word and relation between words in the character data, respectively. In the DT-MAP, a special node with different shape and color from ordinary ones is defined for indicating the possibility of misunderstanding or question about the targeted content. And by calling user's attention and making him/her enter the lacking information, the communication quality is improved.
