Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to deliver optical service quickly, it is important to fully utilize human's capacity, and to work in an efficient process. The optical access network consist of passive devices like optical fibers and splitters by work. Therefore, in order to shorten a period of provision of service, influence of work by human cannot be disregarded. Especially, up-phase of optical service, It is necessary to efficient work process which divided by two or more workers. In this paper, we propose the derivation method of an efficient work process consideration of the division of work by many workers across an order unit. We applied n-Traveling Salesman Problem(n-TSP) and modeled this problem. And We drew the solution using the genetic algorithm (GA). Moreover, we performed the simulation and showed about 30% of cost reduction effect as compared with the work process of an order unit when it divided two workers.
