Abstract(in English) In multi-party conferencing, authorization for new participant joining to a communication group is one of important security problems. However, concentrated control for its joining is impossible in decentralized conferencing on full mesh distributed network, because it doesn't have a central facility (e.g. central server) to control connection, authentication, authorization and admission. So each participant must independently decide whether one connect to a new participant in decentralized conferencing. In this case, it is significant that one can confirm whether a new participant is authorized or not. We propose admission control where each participant can independently confirm that a new party is authorized from the others in decentralized conferencing using verifiable secret sharing.
