Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) There are many web pages in the internet, therefore it makes difficult to use search engine. If an user of seach engine uses a simple general keyword to find a topic from the internet, the seach engine makes many result including blog, BBS logs. Hence, a ranking mechanism is required to find best pages from many search results. There are many methods to rank web pages, for example, a dictionary-based method and link-based method (eg., PageRank and HITS). However, a dictionary-based method must keep good dictionary to use. It makes a dictionary maintenance problem. On link-based method has a topic drift problem, it makes well-known web site keep top of page rank, the other side, no famous web site keep lower of page rank however it has a good content for search keyword. In this paper, we describe an evaluation result of the mutual evaluation method among web pages on standard web search task as known as a NTCIR-3. At the NTCIR-3 file shows a human evaluation of web pages as 'best agreement', 'agreement', 'part of agreement' and 'not agreement'.
