Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) technique is very sensitive even to the small residual frequency offset remained as the result of initial frequency offset estimation by using preamble symbols inserted at the start of every burst frame. This paper proposes a residual frequency offset compensation method by using the decision data on the data symbol. The feature of proposed method is to enable the compensation of residual frequency offset without assistance of pilot tones inserted in the data symbol, which are usually required in the conventional method. We confirm the effectiveness of proposed method from the computer simulation results.
