Abstract(in English) Surface observations by field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) and measurement of electric field emission characteristics were carried out and were evaluated on copper films including dispersed carbon nanotubes(CNTs) fabricated by electroplating. From the results of the surface observation, the film surface consisted of the copper particles and the CNTs involved in the particle. The surface density of the CNTs did not change, though in addition, it was succeeded in obtaining the good value of the current density of 1mA/cm^2 at the electric field intensity of 2.6V/μm, and the low turn-on voltage of 1~2V/μm in the results of the field emission measurements.
