Abstract(in English) | The velocities of the fundamental and the second-harmonic components in a surface acoustic wave with nonlinear regime, which was formed by interdigital transducer evaporated on a LiNbO_3 substrate, were studied with light-scattering method. The findings showed that the velocity of the fundamental component was slightly slower than that of the fundamental one in the linear regime and that the velocity of the second-harmonic component, however, was faster than that of the fundamental one. |
