Abstract(in English) This paper discusses suppression of spurious responses appeared in the ultra wideband Love-wave-type SAW resonators on the Cu-grating/15°YX-LiNbO_3-substrate structure. It is demonstrated how the unnecessary transverse modes can be suppressed by adding dummy electrodes and giving appropriate weighting to their lengths and widths.
