Abstract(in English) In this report, we propose two new methods for measuring multidimensional displacement vector using instantaneous ultrasound signal phase, i.e., the multidimensional autocorrelation method and the multidimensional Doppler's method. These methods can be applied to measurements of tissue strain, blood flow, sonar, etc. We further report measurement accuracy evaluated through simulations. In order to realize high measurement accuracy, both lateral modulation method and measurement method realizing simultaneous axial and lateral displacement should be utilized. We previously proposed a method realizing such measurement, i.e., the cross-spectrum phase gradient method. The new methods proposed in this report also realize the simultaneous measurement and little calculation amount compared to the cross-spectrum phase gradient method. These methods realize real-time measurement. Furthermore, we propose a new useful lateral modulation method, i.e., the lateral Gaussian envelop cosine modulation method.
