Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Millimeter wave responses of one-dimensionally long Bi-2212 intrinsic Josephson junctions (LIJJ) in the flux-flow state are studied to explore Josephson vortex dynamics. Josephson vortices introduced by an external magnetic field are driven by quesioptically applied mm-waves of 63GHz and 98GHz as well as dc bias currents. It is revealed that the mm-wave application develops a Shapiro step-like response on the flux-flow characteristics of current-voltage curves in the presence of pancake vortices. It is supposed that a periodic potential given by the pancake vortices enhances the degree of coherency of the in-phase vortex motion over the stack of LIJJs.
