Abstract(in English) | Temperature dependences of the surface resistance R_S are measured for high-temperature superconductor (HTS) thin films NdBa_2Cu_3O_7 by two-sapphire rod resonator method. The measured R_S values of NdBa_2Cu_3O_7 thin films were 0.2mΩ at 20 K and 1.0 mΩ at 80 K. These values are very low in comparison with YBa_2Cu_3O_7 thin films which are useful for development of microwave devices. As a conclusion, the application to the devices of NdBa_2Cu_3O_7 thin films is expected. |
