Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have prepared new fabrication techniques of synthesizing superconducting MgB_2 thin films making use of a evaporation and/or sublimation of Mg. There are called cap and melt (CM) method and metal-plate cap and melt (MCM) method which is the CM method improved. Using the MCM method, the MgB_2 thin films with T_C>30 K were obtained in annealing under high vacuum. Moreover, we succeeded in the synthesis of a novel silver-boron intermetallic compound with T_C~7 K in the MCM method. This fact indicates that the CM and MCM methods are practical in the binary system complying with the condition.
