Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The problem of the information leakage and the falsification that lurks in the contemporary society is considered from the aspect of the access control of the information processing system based on the Internet system. A social system is considered based on the social system theory of N. Luhmann, and the text theory of J. Kristeva is introduced into the process of the semantic generation. In Luhmann's Society system that differentiates functionally, information as the text, the character to cause Covert Channel inevitably will be involved, and it be shown to relate this to the collapse of an autopoietic social system. Next, "Community Based Access Control Model" is developed to the model based on a conceptual frame of Luhmann's Society system theory. And, the concept as a social device that executes the analysis and the control of the access authority is shown in the community that differentiates functionally.
