Critical Growth Factors of E-Commerce

Abstract(in English) This paper aims to identify critical growth factors, which are essential to the development and growth of E-Commerce in a country, by classifying them into six factors, which are (a) Web site related factor, (b) customer related factor, (c) private sector factor, (d) public sector factor, (e) technological and infrastructure factor, and (f) sociological factor. The proposed framework is designed in order to determine the critical growth factors and the relationship among factors.
