Abstract(in English) | In this presentation, I will discuss the software user protection on the cases of "open source software". Recently, the internal structure of software becomes complicated. Meanwhile, "open source software" has given the user the freedom over a source code. Therefore, it acquires flexibility. However, in order to protect a user, not only flexibility, but also the choice of software is important. |
