Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) When hiring a "security engineer", for example, it is often quite difficult to find out the real expert with required skills, experiences and knowledge. That motivated us to tackle the challenge of how to measure and visualize skills of IT security. Since 2002, we have been studying "Skillmap for IT security", that is a huge reference base to classify various security technologies, In the previous presentation, we also introduced "Skillmodel" that is based on the concept of Skillmap and helps to link some technical knowledge to individual jobs. This year, we'll also discuss the trial of "Skiilmap-based Testing" to evaluate levels of knowledge about IT security.
