Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | R-2R ladder D-A converter is a well-known binary type D-A converter. R-2R ladder needs fewer elements of circuit component, while trimming using laser is essentially to achieve high accuracy. In this paper, we propose resistor redundant method for R-2R ladder without using trimming. We consider it's availability and resistor selecting algorithm for a real circuit by Monte-Carlo simulation. We show that this method may coustruct a high accurate converter which has fewer additional components as a result. |
