Abstract(in English) | CENELEC has published several standards on the safety of railway signalling system, such as EN50126(RAMS), EN50128(software), EN50159(communication) and EN50129(System Safety). These safety standards are based on IEC61508, considering studies in UIC and technical requirements according to the local rule on the railway signaling system in each country. Moreover, all these standards, except EN50129, have been standardized by IEC. This report describes a development method based on IEC62279(EN50129) for the software applicable to railway signalling system that requires high-level safety, problems to be solved and important notices. |
