Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the lecture for the hearing impaired group, sign language is often used when the questioner makes remarks. However, because sign language is a visual language, the one outside view cannot be recognized. As a result, other students not noticing the remarks often occur. In, this paper, we proposes the system that automatically detect the questioner, tracks with the camera and projects it onto the monitor in front of the lecture room. In addition, to clarify the intention by raising one's hand, the questioner should detect the raising hand. Then, the speaker is detected by student's head position from a skin extraction, the hair extraction and the size and extracts the raising hand from the surroundings. As a result, the estimation of the head position is a detection rate of 78% and raising hand extract four times in seven times.
