| 抄録(和) | 手話を母語とする聴覚障害者と日本語を母語とする健聴者について, 両者の言語理解メカニズムを解明することは情報伝達, 情報呈示を行う上で重要である.人の言語理解, 意味処理過程を反映する事象関連電位としてN400がある.N400は文の最終単語が期待された意味とは異なる場合にその単語呈示の約400ms後に陰性に振れる陰性電位成分である.我々はろう者の協力のもと日本手話の例文を収集しその最終単語を文脈から逸脱する単語に置き換えた.最終単語は意味違い単語と音韻違い単語の2種類である.その映像を撮影し無作為に呈示する実験を行った. |
| 抄録(英) | It is important to clarify the language comprehension mechanisms of Deaf people who use sign language, of healthy hearing people. N400 is event related potential (ERP) that reflects person's language comprehension and meaning processing process. N400 is negative potential component that evokes after approximately 400ms of the word presentation when the final word of the sentence expected is differing from the context. We collected examples of Japanese sign language under the cooperation of the Deaf people and replaced the final word from the context with the deviating word. There are two kinds of final words, with different meaning and phoneme. The examples were recorded and were presented as randomly. |
