Abstract(in English) Railway company's Web site is important of connecting the handicapped person with the Railway company. It is necessary to publish not only Railway company's basic service information but also barrier-free information. The contents included the information should be able to be taken regardless of the handicap. On route search through Internet, it is necessary to provide transfer guide taken consideration of the handicap. From the above point of view, we make inquiries of visually handicapped person that joined in PC training course. The interview is about the demand when they use railway and the information what they want to be acquired by Internet. We survey web site of railway company from the result of interview.
