Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) An Eye tracking system can trace the paths of Eye movements. Therefore we can speculate as to the reasons or origins of eye tracking data obtained during various actions. The aim of this research is to assess if an eye tracking system is a suitable tool for studying acquired skills and experiences of subjects. The overall objective is to enhance our understanding of the learning process, and this research will be of use to improve the Japanese language education system. In this paper, we will describe the results of eye tracking data during looking at pictures and reading Japanese sentences.
