Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In a wireless environment, achieving high data rate transmission is difficult because of bandwidth limits and phasing. It is necessary to manage radio resources efficiently to reduce latency time and improve users' utility for latency time. For that purpose, we have to make the relation between latency time and utility clear. In this paper, we measured utility functions for latency time and its dependence on users' situation. Moreover, we propose a radio resource allocation scheme based on utility for latency time, and evaluate the availability of proposed scheme by computer simulation.
