Abstract(in English) An array antenna assisted Doppler spread compensator for mobile reception of OFDM based DTTB. has already proposed by some authors. Although the proposed compensator is an efficient technique capable mitigating the degradation due to Doppler Spread, mutual coupling amongst elements degrades the compensation performance. In order to solve the problem, this paper proposes an array antenna, with dummy elements, which are placed to the either end of the original array antennna. Computer simulation shows that the proposed scheme reduces the degradation due to mutual coupling.
