Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, personal radio terminals for various wireless services, such as wireless LAN(Local Area Network), GPS(Global Positioning System), or cellular phone are available. However, if a new service is introduced new radio terminal is required. This is the significant problem in terms of flexible radio networks. In order to realize multimode and maltiband terminals, it is necessary to design flexible analog circuits. This research aims at creation of the filter which passes the signal on the specific frequancy with MEMS switches by using multiple band eliminate filters(BEF). In the light of integration and miniaturization, meander structure is used.
