Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The Doherty amplifier is a technique to realize a high power efficiency over a wide input level. However, it is known that this amplifier has strong nonlinearity. In this report, we investigate by computer simulation performance of a Doherty amplifier with adaptive predistortion. Power spectrum, power added efficiency and adjacent channel power ratio characteristics for DS-CDMA signal are shown. To achieve a higher power efficiency, down link CDM signal is peak reduced.
