Abstract(in English) This paper considers the downlink of the MC-CDMA systems for mobile communications. When moving through environments having weak RF power from the transmitter, the mobile equipments like portable phone handsets sometimes experience the situation in which all the transmission channels should be blocked. During the blocking time period, the receivers of the conventional systems cannot extract any signals from the transmitter. The channel blocking is one of the critical problems in wireless communications. We propose a scheme to overcome this problem. The proposed scheme is of the MIMO-STBC with transmit diversity for the downlink MC-CDMA. Without decreasing the efficiencies of time and transmit power, the proposed system allows the receivers to extract all the signals even when the mobile equipments encounter the channel blocking. The theoretical analysis and numerical calculation is made to assess the property of the proposed system.
