Abstract(in English) The cellular phone which has an Internet function and infrared communication function was produced commercially. Multi-functionalization of a vending machine is progressing. According to such a situation,development of the new application system which connects between the cellular phone -center PC-vending machine is demanded. Moreover, the increase in efficiency and the improvement in reliability of such application software have been a big subject. Aiming at the solution, the software base which connects between the cellular phone-center PC-Vending machine with an infrared communication function was developed using iHORB.
