| 抄録(和) | 近年,優先制御を用いて複数クラスの品質を提供する差別化サービスが新たなサービスとして検討されており,品質に対する料金設定が問題となっている.本稿では,二つのアプリケーションの帯域幅による品質の違いを提示し,それぞれの最低保証帯域幅に対する支払意思額や,サービス品質に対する満足度を主観評価実験により調査した.そして,最低保証帯域幅の主観品質評価と支払意思額の関係を定量的に明らかにした. |
| 抄録(英) | To offer the guaranteed multiple-priority services, we should know what quality is needed and what price is appropriate. The willingness to pay (WTP) would change according to the maximum bandwidth which can be used during non-busy period, even if the minimum guaranteed bandwidth is fixed. This paper shows the relation between the maximum bandwidth and the willingness to pay of multiple-priority classes, by subjective evaluation experiment and questionnaire survey. Using the WTP, the price of the minimum guaranteed bandwidth is quantified. |
