Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To offer the guaranteed multiple-priority services, we should know what quality is needed and what price is appropriate. The willingness to pay (WTP) would change according to the maximum bandwidth which can be used during non-busy period, even if the minimum guaranteed bandwidth is fixed. This paper shows the relation between the maximum bandwidth and the willingness to pay of multiple-priority classes, by subjective evaluation experiment and questionnaire survey. Using the WTP, the price of the minimum guaranteed bandwidth is quantified.
