Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the P2P streaming, the contents are distributed by peers' relaying data. Once the relay peer leaves the streaming, the downstream peers must search for and connect to another relay peer. That suspends the streaming. To avoid such discontinuance, the peer that tries to receive the streaming should beforehand connect to the peer that has a low possibility to leave the session. This paper proposes the delivery method for P2P streaming to reduce the number of reconnections by predicting peers' leaving possibility from the delivery time of the contents. The availability of the proposed method is also clarified by computer simulation.
