| Abstract(in English) | Recently the progress of video broadcasting services on broadband network is remarkable, so it is necessary to establish the large-scale distribution method for the program metadata that describes attribute information on video content. In this paper we propose the efficient metadata distribution method in which metadata used by a lot of users is distributed by IP multicast and other metadata is distributed starting with each user request. We describe the reduction effect of the multicast transmission data by the proposal method. |
