STARCast: The Streaming Platform Use of P2P Technology

Abstract(in English) Connecting among different streaming systems need to transform their codec and control protocol. In this paper, we propose the method of Dynamic connection among streaming hardware, network appliance, and PCs in order to provide that transform as one of overlay network service. First we point out the matters of current technology, and propose Resource Manager. Our RM is expected one of constructor as cooperative service among home appliances on home-network.
