| 抄録(和) | 本稿では, ラウンドロビン型バースト生成方式を用いた光バースト交換網に対して、スイッチ切り替え時間の影響を評価するための性能解析を行う。本解析では、生成バーストとスイッチ切り替え時間からバースト伝送時間を計算し、待ち行列理論を用いてバースト棄却率を導出する。数値例において、スイッチ切り替え時間のオーバーヘッドがシステムに与える影響を評価し、さらに各スイッチ切り替え時間におけるVoice over IP(VoIP)の性能について議論する. |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper, we analyze the performance of round-robin burst assembly in order to evaluate the effect of switching time in OBS node on burst loss probability. In our analysis, both the transmission time of a burst and the switching time are taken into consideration. We explicitly derive the burst loss probability, burst throughput and data throughput. In numerical examples, we evaluate how the switching time affects the burst loss probability. Moreover, we discuss the applicability of the OBS to VoIP services, taking the switching time into account. |
