| Abstract(in English) | As for the mobile satellite communication, one of the reason to decrease the rate of transfer is the blocking of wave by obstacles. On the data communication with buffering, the influence of this blocking is reduced. We studied the problems of buffering data on the blocking of wave. And we considered the method for managing buffer and the method of re-sending the blocking data. |
