Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To support the high quality streaming media distribution services, it is important to detect a sign of perceptual video quality deterioration and to prevent the deterioration. First, this paper proposed the method to deduce the cause of perceptual video quality deterioration for TCP based streaming media distribution, and proposed the way to get the video quality information from the limited number of video terminals for large scale streaming media distribution sysytem. Next, this paper proposed priority control method for IEEE802.11 based LAN to prevent the video quality deterioration of streaming flow.
