Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Multicasting is an effective means for transmitting the same data to two or more receiving nodes, especially in mobile networks where network resource is severely limited. However, multicasting burdens heavy load to the routers when new node participates to it, and the delay time necessary for participation processing deteriorates the communication quality. This paper proposes a novel multicasting method using location estimation to solve the above mentioned problems and evaluate it through computer simulation.
