Abstract(in English) In the future mobile communication system, diverse systems such as W-CDMA, W-LAN, and a new radio system will be accommodated by a common all IP network. In this environment, that is Heterogeneous Access environment, it is expected that seamless access services will be provided for users. This paper proposes MASC (Multi-Access System Coordinator) functions which coordinate among different radio access systems to achieve seamless access services.
