| Abstract(in English) | Based on the rapid spread of the Internet, the basic structure of e-commerce and e-government have become an urgent matter. But, in the midst of all this, the completion of PKI as an important basic technology for maintaining security has been recognized as an unavoidable by all governments. In this research, based on the current PKl structure of Canada and China, considerations will be given concerning the points at issue and the current status of the use regarding the process of penetration of PKI in China. In particular, we compare the use of PKI in Canada as a developed nation and we consider a clear point of view for the growth of PKI in China. |
