| 抄録(和) | 臨床現場では画像を用いた診断が普通になっており、画像の解像度の高精細化に伴い、より精密な診断情報が得られるようになってきた。しかしながら、定性的な診断という意味では十分な精度であるとしても、定量的な診断情報を抽出するには、現状では精細化されたとはいえ、簡単な手段では組織等の判別やセグメンテーションが完全に自動的に遂行できるほど精度(分解能、特性値)は高くない。本報告では、これらの事柄における問題点を指摘すると共に、筆者が行ってきた、そして現状でも多くの問題が残されている、心臓画像からの動態形状の抽出とそれらから抽出される診断情報について、具体的な過去の事例を取り上げ、与えられた技術基準のなかでどのように対処してきたか、十分でないデータから診断情報を取得する試みなどを示すと共に、その問題点、現状の高次元データへの適用についての考えを述べる。 |
| 抄録(英) | Diagnosis by using medical images is widely used in clinical medicine. Recent high fidelity images give us finer clinical information which is precise enough in qualitative sense. However quantitative diagnostic information requires automatic detection of organs or segmentation which is not always possible even with present preciseness in images. Some of these issues will be discussed together with some actual examples from past researches on the image processing in cardiology, such as detection of the moving organs, various types of clinical information obtainable and some issues of applicability to high dimensional image data. |
